Vladimir Lenin Fact 9: In 1897 he found himself sentenced to three years exile in Siberia for distributing illegal revolutionary literature for which he was tried and sentenced.
Vladimir Lenin Fact 10: Having met Nadya Krupskaya about five years earlier in early 1898 she appeared in Siberia and joined him in exile having herself been arrested and sentenced for organizing a strike. That same year they were married.
